• WhatsApp Business API and IVR integration, both are available under the Heyo Pro Plan.

Is IVR included in the Heyo Lite Plan?
• No, IVR is only included in the Heyo Pro Plan.

What is included in the Heyo Lite Plan?
• In the Heyo Lite Plan  you won’t have access to the IVR feature, only a greeting message at ₹300 plus GST. 
• You’ll also be limited to just 1 staff member, making it 1 Admin/Owner and 1 Staff.

Yes, whenever an Admin wants to use IVR, the app will automatically prompt the user to upgrade to Pro Plan.

Yes, you can cancel the Heyo subscription anytime you want, but you will not receive a refund.
Does Heyo Phone have an automated mandate for monthly subscription billing process?
